How Catch Value Is Calculated
In How to Fish by Dazed Games, cash determines how quickly a crew can buy weapons, ammunition, and engine upgrades. The sale total starts with an item's base value, then changes when the selected scoring or preparation bonuses apply.
1. Airborne 360 No-Scope: 5.0x
Trick shots can raise killscore, but the final multiplier depends on the actual catch. Press F while holding it and enter the displayed killscore value rather than assuming that every 360 no-scope is automatically worth 5x.
2. Cooked Creature: 1.5x
A properly cooked creature sells for 1.5 times its raw value. Keep quest items, named boss drops, and Drip creatures intended for the Reel of Fortune away from the grill.

Catch values vary with the creature and its killscore. The calculator therefore starts with the value shown in your current game instead of inventing a fixed list of fish prices or a casino bonus.
